![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) tanya_antonova gave me an admirable animated film on The Hobbit the other day, for which I thank her very much. It is sufficiently accurate, faces and places are nicely pictured, and as for music and songs -- I just loved them. It came as a surprise, though, to see a lot of Japanese names in credits, for it does not resemble anime cartoons at all. Maybe characters have a little too large eyes, but not unnaturally large. I wish I had it in English, in this version I have russian translation goes right over original sound, and it is quite difficult to discern it. And even more I wish there were an animation on The Lord of the Rings made by same authors, I feel sure it'll be far more pleasant performance than the film of Peter Jackson. Does anyone know whether there is such a cartoon?.. Tags: english, tolkien, кино
